720s vs 720p Gopro Hero: Everything You Need to Know Before You Buy

I absolutely love my GoPro! I carry it just about everywhere now. I have been following it in the news for some time thinking about the various uses I could apply it towards but never jumped on it because I was always working on everything else. Poc made a few good points in their review which lead me to start thinking further and then we had a vacation coming up, and then I went back and saw it was one of the few things they ever rated a full 10 stars and...ya, I bought it. With the new $199 of the session it is on par (price wise) with gopro hero+ which was one of your budget recommendations. For those who are curious to experiment with a gopro for running race pictures and bike rides would you recommend a session over a gopro hero+?
